Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipment costs, and a 25% Return Service Fee will be applied to cover processing expenses.
Exclusion: Items discounted by 30% or more from the regular price are non-refundable, and sales of these items are final.

- Once you receive approval via email, follow the provided instructions for returning the item.
- You may initiate a return without receiving the item only if the item’s delivery duration has exceeded the standard shipping period, as specified on our shipping information page. Please contact us in such instances for further assistance.
Requirements for Returns
- Initiate the return request within 30 days from the date you received the product.
- All products must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Clean, without any marks or damages.
- In their original packaging with all tags attached.
We inspect all returned items, and they must meet our outlined conditions. Refunds or credits will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We aim to process your request within 2-5 business days upon receipt.
Excessive Returns: We reserve the right to deny returns from customers engaging in excessive returns.
